ABOUT
THE COMPETITION
The competition pays tribute
to restaurateurs who have produced an original and creative wine
program.
Restaurants are invited to
submit their wine program details to a panel of respected wine experts
for judging.
Winners are awarded in the
categories of Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Honourable
Mention.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered a
restaurateur must complete the following by December 14, 2012:
- Online
Application
- Submit
wine philosophy, current wine list & dinner menu in PDF format
- Pay
non-refundable entry fee of $125 (includes service charges and 12%
HST)
Key
criteria includes:
- The
philosophy behind the restaurant's wine program, and how successfully
wine & food pairing goals match the philosophy
- Wine
education for staff
- User-friendly
format free of grammatical and spelling errors
- Value
for the public

IN CANADA'S
PREMIER WINE EVENT
Be part of Canada's premier wine event by becoming a Sunday Brunch
sponsoring restaurant.
Opportunities are available for restaurants to participate in one of
our Sunday Brunches (Vintners Brunch and Flavours of the Festival),
which will take place on Sunday, March 3, 2013. These wine and food
pairing grazing brunches are amongst the Festival's most popular
events.
Benefits include Trade Tasting tickets, and significant promotional
