CONTEST RULES:
1.Must be legal British Columbia drinking age to
enter.
2.The contest is only open to recognized wine
& spirit trade representatives. (Trade validation required)
3.The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be
accepted as awarded.
4.The contest will be made by random draw.Winner will be contacted on Feb. 15, 2010 and
posted on Website Feb 18, 2010.
5.In accepting the prize, the winner, and any
guest(s), acknowledges that Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival may
not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or
using this prize(s).
6.Winners and any guests at the age of majority
must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Vancouver Playhouse
International Wine Festival acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of
the contest rules.
7.This contest is subject to all federal,
provincial and municipal laws.
8.Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival
reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without
prior notice.
