Media Accreditation Form

The deadline for submitting media accreditation forms is January 31.

All accredited media recieve a pass to all 5 Tasting Room sessions.

Please fill in all of the information below. Choose the 5 events you would like to attend in order of importance. We will do our best to accomodate your choices, but please remember that these choices are a preference, and not a guarantee.

Media may also ask for the following events in addition to their top 5 preferences. Add these events to the Additional Events section, beneath your top 5 preferences.

- Get Uncorked: Ciao Italia! Media Reception
- World Record Champagne Sabering Spree
- Enoteca Italia
- Curtain Raiser
- Any Saturday lunch (except Gusto Italiano)
- Tasting Room sessions

The Gold Pass Tasting Lounge is not available for media preference.
